Baldur's Gate - Aerie

The latest installment in my Baldur's Gate portrait pack. I'm a fan of Aerie's original appearance, but I wanted to soften her look a little, and portray some of the sadness from her past. The outfit was a lot of fun to design; I went with her yellow color scheme from the game, but gave myself room to be creative with the outfit itself. I felt a little light armor was a practical addition (whatever, D&D), but I also felt Aerie would like to wear something pretty, so went with luxurious fabrics and other decorative elements.

I may come back to this later and re-paint her face, which is bothering me a little, but this is my second attempt at a portrait for Aerie and right now I need to leave it alone for a while and move on to other things.

Once I have a few more of these done I'll be releasing the portrait-ized versions in a pack, but in the meantime feel free to alter & use these in your game. You may also share the original image, but please link back to this page if you post it elsewhere.
